Cancellation Policy: All appointments must be cancelled 48 hours before the appointment to receive a full refund. Anything after 48 hours, there will be no refund. For special circumstances we will give refunds after 48 hours.

Payments: Everyone is charged the 30th of the month for the next month. For example, On September 30th, you will be charged for all of October's lessons.

Open Door Policy: Parents are always welcome in the room during the lesson. Doors must remain open while lessons are occurring if there is a minor in the room. If a parent is in the lesson room, the door can be closed.

In Home Lessons: Parents must remain in the home when the lesson is occurring. Also, there will be no minors behind a closed door with a teacher unless a parent or guardian is present.

Location: Our main location is 4101 Patton Way. However, your lesson might be at a different location. The location of your lesson will be on your confirmation email.
